Requirements: BS in Food Science with
2-3 years experience with product/ process R&D from proof of concept
to commercialization. Food manufacturing experience preferred.
The Food technologist position manages and conducts the technical
aspect of the product development process. Working in a cross
functional team environment with the Director of QA & Food Safety,
Regulatory Compliance, Project Coordinator, Test Kitchen personnel and
various other departments to Test and Implement new and existing
product lines to ensure a seamless transition and sustainable quality
of Product from Bench top samples to manufacturing through to the
customer merchandising channel.
