Job Description

DESCRIPTION: • Monitoring of GMP, HACCP, and Quality Assurance (QA) programs. • Evaluating product quality attributes and product stability based on product design standards. • Regulatory Compliance , Food Safety Audits, and employee training. • niteract with Research and development (R&D) and quality assurance (QA) team. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience • Minimum 5 years food industry experience (preferably dairy, refrigerated, fresh food) • Skilled & knowledgeable Food Quality Assurance (QA) • A.S. or B.S. in Food Science or related field
