Job Description Growing flavor company located in South Orange County is in
need of a junior-level R&D Food Technologist to assist the R&D staff
with the development and/or improvement of product prototype systems by
preparing bases and finished products according to provided formulas. MAJOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in the development/ improvement of
product prototype systems. • Prepare bases/ finished products according to
provided formulas. • Work with Food Technologist to learn various aspects of
prototype formulation. • Manage sample requests from project pipelines. •
Work in team oriented manner. • Perform other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree in Food
Science preferred • Minimum 1 year lab experience required - Sensory
Evaluation experience is required Please
