SCOPE OF POSITION: Provide Project support to Product Development team members for all aspects of the Product Development Process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assembly of food
product or package components and/or models/prototypes for use in evaluating
their properties through various methods including: project team
evaluation, sensory panels, shelf- life testing, and market research
studies. Maintain appropriate documentation.
2 year degree a plus but not required.
Five - seven years in a food or technical discipline such as nutrition, laboratory science, chemistry.
