support development into an Analyst role.
The Junior Analyst
supplements reports with fresh and relevant news articles on a daily basis,
keeping reports continually updated and as such, more valuable to our
client subscribers. The Junior Analyst supports Report Analysts by
conducting desk research and writing report sections based on the analysis
of consumer and market data, primarily for food and drink.
Mintel seeks an
individual who is adapt at assimilating information from hundreds of press
sources, who can then accurately summarize these stories, and incorporate
the significant points into news documents to be published on Mintels Oxygen website.
Ideal candidates will
have exceptional writing and editing skills, and can demonstrate their
ability to analyze market and consumer data to provide insight. Attention
to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and good communication skills are
a must. It is recommended that prospective Junior Analyst has knowledge of
marketing research, a passion for consumer markets, and a background in
food and drink.
