Job Description
Job Overview:
Project
management of assigned R&D projects, taking ownership and independently
developing and executing project plans and timelines for projects assigned
by the R&D manager. Taking a leadership role on driving successful
project implementation and completion, working directly with internal and
external partners Providing technical support and troubleshooting problems
and proposing, testing and verifying technical solutions. Represent R&D
on cross-functional project teams and drive R&D priorities Providing
regular project status and progress reports (written, presentations,
face-to-face…etc) to R&D manager

skills:
Solid
Knowledge of food science and chemical principles and the ability to
implement knowledge in real life situations Trouble shooting product and
process problems and proposing and implementing testing plans Knowledge of
standard food lab equipment and testing procedures and of statistical data
analysis Capability building Provide on the job training for lab
technicians Develop new testing processes and procedures and drive
relationship building with other parts of the business Mindsets and
behaviors Shows ownership, leadership and proactively works on seeking
areas of improvement and growing the business. Self-Motivated Positive,
energetic, professional, dependable working attitude Professional
inter-personal and business communication skills (written, presentation and
face to face).
Candidates
must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Product development in food
manufacturing. Culinary background highly preferred.
