Steuben Foods is seeking a Food Scientist for its Dairy/Soy Aseptic Processing and Packaging. Applies scientific and engineering principles in research, development, production technology, quality control, packaging, processing and utilization of dairy/soy aseptic (UHT) and extended shelf life (ESL) for dairy and soy based products. Develops basic research and new product research and development and improved methods of UHT and ESL dairy/soy based products and systems for food processing, production, quality control, packaging and distribution implementing lean, high yield, efficient manufacturing processes and systems.
