Large Food/Beverage
Manufacturing company is seaching for a Food Scientist for their
Beverage division. Must have a Bachelor's in Food Science with 2+ years
of experience or a Masters in Food Science with 1+ years of experience.
Experience in beverage product development and/or nutritional
fortification a plus.
Candidate will independently research, conduct experiments, gather
data, develop conclusions and prepare written reports resulting in
new/improved products, cost savings and unique technologies against
business needs in Beverage Group.
They will design and implement all technical aspects of projects,
including final product design, specifications, and factory start-up,
to ensure on time, in full delivery. Assesses feasibility of new ideas
and write technical plan for their development.
Other Requirements:
Work on cross functional teams, representing technical perspective.
Adapt to daily challenges and priority changes within business
environment. Demonstrate leadership in approaching technical solutions
to business issues.Good oral and written communication skills are
required.
