KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Consumer Foods Research & Development team
·
Perform daily duties in both the laboratory and the
manufacturing plant
·
Assist in the day-to-day preparation of samples and product
evaluation
·
Work on the testing of new products
·
Project execution in the manufacturing plant
SELECTION CRITERIA
Education
·
Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Food Science
·
Undergraduate candidates must be in their Sophomore or Junior
year studies prior to summer 2012
·
GPA of 3.0 or above is required
Experience
·
Prior experience working in a Laboratory environment is
beneficial
·
Wet chemistry analysis
·
Statistical analysis
Other

Strong problem solving skills

Effective oral and written communication skills
