DESCRIPTION:
This position
will perform food safety/customer service audits and in store trainings
potentially at any and all Coborn’s Inc.
locations. Responsibilities include traveling to our store locations and
conducting store food safety audits, to include review of required store
level documentation, generate post-audit reports and conduct in-store
trainings. Will also be involved with conducting Food Safety Certification
and Re-certification training and assist with other administrative duties
as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in science related field (i.e. Food Science, Microbiology,
Dietetics, etc) or equivalent work experience required.Certified Food Manager. Must have good oral
and written communications for dealing with co-workers and store personnel,
to follow and give instructions and to provide written reports. Must be
able to perform basic math computations. Able to operate computer,
including hand held computer. Working knowledge of the software programs
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Must be able to plan order of work
according to priorities and to work independently. Must have valid class C
driver’s license, good driving record and ability to transport one’s self
to various locations. Over 50% of time will be spent at stores, including
infrequent overnight travel. Due to unique safety requirements, the minimum
age requirement for this position is 18 years of age.
